Bauhaus Chicago: Design in the City
2020
Conceptual poster series for a design course at the School of the Art Institute Chicago.
This project was developed over two weeks with the Art Institute of Chicago museum as the “client” in mind.
I approached this assignment as an opportunity to explore the relationship of image and text by creating a functional and informational series of three posters related to the theme of Bauhaus Chicago. One poster is used for an exhibition, one for a gallery talk, and one for a documentary film screening—all contextualized within The Art Institute’s exhibition “Bauhaus Chicago: Design in the City”.
